After I went back to work, I made my goal to find comfortable and fashionable shoes to wear. It is a fact that the two features are hard to find in a shoe, but luckily for me I came across what has become my favorite shoe brand. For this review and for the husband’s excitement , I received the ECCO Elmo ,comfortable, modern moccasin-style shoe that managed to combine the perfect middle point between a casual and dress shoe. This breathable ultra-absorbent leather lining for cool dry feet shoes are perfect for the modern man that does not want to give up the comfort or style.
The shoes feature uppers made of full grain leather and nubuck, leather lining, glue-in leather footbed with ECCO Comfort Fibre System (ECFS), rubber outsoles, ECFS increases air circulation for perfect inner climate, the soles are actually hard wearing for better grip.
The shoes are very comfortable, although they did need a little breaking in (but I think that is only because my husband likes to wear them without socks) , but after the first day of wearing the shoes, they were very comfortable and like the ECCO Sculptured 65 High Bootie, the comfort level increases each time you wear the shoes.The ECCO Elmo are available in three different colors: black, blue and brown.
We decided to go with the traditional black that goes with anything from jeans to more dressy pants. The shoes also feature a contrasting white stitching that seals up the look on this trendy pair of shoes, a definitely must have for this coming spring and summer!
